Accessor method to get the resource ContainerDescriptor used for tez resource path bound to this thread. Calling this method lazy-initialized the resourcePath object. This path is different than relativeRoot in that calling PigServer.shutdown will only remove relativeRoot but not resourthPath since resourthPath should be available in the entire session
